Registration

 

1. I tried to register to Eventzilla, but it didn't work.

We are constantly checking the Eventzilla for the incomplete orders. You will be contacted by a member of our organizing team to discuss an alternative. In case you don't receive any news in a day, feel free to contact us at prague.speaks@gmail.com

 

2. I don't have a PayPal account, or my PayPal account doesn't work. How can I register?

Please contact us at prague.speaks@gmail.com to provide you an alternative.

 

 

Schedule

 

3. Is the conference starting at 8:15?

The conference starts on time. 8:15 is the beginning of registration, the opening is at 8:45, the first contest is at 8:50. We advise you to come on time.

 

 

Speakers

 

4. Can I be a speaker at the conference?

Prague Speaks 2014 is the Toastmasters Division D Conference. Only the winners from the Area Contests are allowed to compete. The winners of the Division Contests will advance to the District Contests in Krakow.

 

 

Food and beverages

 

5. Will there be coffee or tea available?

Yes. Refreshments and beverages are included in the ticket price.

 

6. The schedule has only one hour for lunch, it is not much time. Is there a cafeteria in the building?

The agenda is very rich for one day. We have to leave the building before 6 pm. We start very early. There is no time for a longer lunch. The good news is that lunch will be served in the restaurant that’s located at the top floor of the building. Lunch is included in the ticket price.

 

 

Accomodation

 

7. I need help with accommodation.

There are couch surfing options. Please respond ‘Yes’ to the question ‘I need help with accommodation’ in the registration questionnaire. Our couch surfing master will contact you. Alternatively you can ask for help at prague.speaks@gmail.com .

 

 

Parties

 

8. Is there any entertainment program for Friday evening?

Yes. We’ll have dinner and fun. This is not the night to get drunk. We start very early the next day.
